Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when and how you can get a refund for Nuonda credit purchases. It forms part of our Terms of Service. Payments and refunds are handled by our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy.

1. What you buy

Nuonda is free to start. The paid product is credits, bought in one-time packs. Credits power Krafti and Aura generations and never expire. Forge and Stems are free with fair-use limits. There are no subscriptions.

2. Our standard refund window

If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund of your unused credits within 14 days of purchase. Reach out through in-app support with your account email and “refund request”. Approved refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method, typically within a few business days.

3. EU / UK right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content within 14 days. Because credits are digital content supplied immediately, if you ask us to make them available right away and you then spend them, you lose the withdrawal right for the credits already used, to the extent permitted by law. Unused credits remain refundable within the window. This does not affect your other statutory consumer rights.

4. What is refundable

  • Unused credits — refundable within the window above.
  • Duplicate or erroneous charges — always refundable; contact us with your receipt.
  • A charge you did not intend — contact us promptly and we will work with you in good faith.

5. What is generally not refundable

  • Credits already spent on Krafti or Aura generations (the compute has been used).
  • Requests made after the 14-day window has passed, except where required by law.

6. How to request a refund

  1. Contact us through in-app support with the email on your account.
  2. Include “refund request” and, if relevant, your order ID from Lemon Squeezy.
  3. We’ll confirm eligibility and Lemon Squeezy will process eligible refunds to your original payment method.

7. Taxes

As merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy collects and remits any applicable sales tax or VAT. Where a refund is issued, taxes on the refunded amount are handled by Lemon Squeezy in accordance with applicable law.
